Before our extra virgin olive oils are bottled, they are filtered to remove any natural sediment that occurs during the products setting period in the tanks. All our extra virgin olive oils are bottled within weeks of harvesting.

Our honey is ena ena harvested raw and directly from beehives, under strict protocols of production, unfiltered and extracted below 35 degrees without pasteurization.
